    This 28 minute practice goes through balance (drinking bird series) and stretches.

  • Strength Stability Ball Workout

    This whole body strength workout uses only a stability ball and dumbbells. Lots of focus on core. Great for those with knee issue who do not want to lunge.

    30 minute low impact cardio workout on the mini tramp. Fun, quick, and tough. It will clear your mind and leave you dripping in sweat.

    Suggested Pairing: Pair with 30 minute strength with bands or 20 minute foam rolling to create a hour long workout!

    This workout is short and sweet. We'll use your Jungle Trainers or TRX or other suspension trainers to build a strong core and strong surrounding muscles.

    Upper body moves to strengthen your arms, back, and chest.

    Suggested Pairing: Pair with 20 minute foam rolling or 20 minute Kettlebell quickie to create an hour long workout!

    This 30 minute cardio workout on the trampoline is all about fun. The music is funky and groovy.
