Equipment: Resistance bands with or without handles or without and a versa loop or resistance band you can turn into a loop, like a physical therapy band.

This 45 minute workout alternates between heart pumping cardio moves and core work. Becky gives great variations to lower impact in the cardio exercises as well as variations on the core exercises so you can choose the best option for you.
