  • Cardio & Core

    This 45 minute workout alternates between heart pumping cardio moves and core work. Becky gives great variations to lower impact in the cardio exercises as well as variations on the core exercises so you can choose the best option for you.

    Equipment: None needed. Just your body and a smile!

  • Stability Ball - Whole Body (advanced)

    This is a whole body workout using your stability ball and resistance bands. Most of the moves are a bit more advanced. I do offer some modifications but you should have a good base of strength for this workout.
