Full body strength workout using sliders. You can use furniture sliders, or paper plates, or a couple pieces of cardboard. If you are on hard floor then you can use washcloths or a towel.
This workout includes really good core work, shoulders, triceps, legs and glutes. The cardio part will get your heart pumping. No push ups in this workout ;)
Equipment: Dumbbells and something to use for the sliding exercises.
