Vinyasa Challenge: This 41 min.yoga flow is a great overall body stretch that supports mobility in the hip flexors, hamstrings, spine as well as stability in balancing poses. It is challenging with a gentle warm up and cool down that will leave you with an overall sense of wellbeing. Blocks (or heavy books) and knee padding encouraged.
