  • Trampoline 2.6 Happy

    A 30 minute fun trampoline workout. Simple moves so that you can keep your heart rate up.

    Equipment: Trampoline

  • Upper Body

    Upper body moves to strengthen your arms, back, and chest.

    Equipment: Dumbbells

    Suggested Pairing: Pair with 20 minute foam rolling or 20 minute Kettlebell quickie to create an hour long workout!

  • Trampoline 2.5 Funk

    This 30 minute cardio workout on the trampoline is all about fun. The music is funky and groovy.

  • Mix Total Body July 2, 2020

    In this whole body workout you'll work all the major muscle groups there is a good emphasis on cross body awareness which helps strengthen the core during every move.
    Equipment: Dumbbells, Resistance Bands.
